Registration and Fees

Conference registration is required for ICIEOM 2013 participants. The deadline for payment of the early bird registration fee is May 15th, 2013. Papers will only be published after registration in the conference and payment.  Participants not presenting a paper are welcome to register to ICIEOM 2013.

Important: Authors may submit and present multiple papers but shall have the equivalent of one registration for each two (2) papers.

Participation Fee

Fee includes attendance to all sessions, proceedings (in CD), coffee breaks and 2 lunches.

Important: Undergraduate students registration doesn´t include participation at the social programme (reception, visits, lunches and conference dinner).

*Participants enrolled in the Undergraduate, Research Student and Best Student Award category must submit a document testifying the link to an educational institution at the registration desk in order to receive their credential. For masters degree students who defended their dissertation less than one year ago it's possible to register as Research Students, but should present at the registration desk the document testifying of defense.**ABEPRO's or Adingor members must submit a document testifying that the annuity is already fully paid off in 2013 at the registration desk in order to receive their credential.                                                                                        

Accompanying Person's Registration

The accompanying person’s registration will be held at the registration desk.
