ICIEOM looks for a link between academic communities and society. Spreading news about technical and scientific advances of the area of Industrial Engineering and Operations Management, ICIEOM has been consolidated as a forum for discussion of themes related to this area in the international field.
ICIEOM also aims to promote integration and interchange of academic knowledge with the productive sector. Therefore, the ICIEOM becomes an important opportunity to put together the efforts of all actors enrolled in promoting sustainable development with efficiency and innovations.
The XIX International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (ICIEOM 2013) will be held, for the second time, outside Brazil. ICIEOM 2013 is co-organized by the Associação Brasileira de Engenharia de Produção (ABEPRO) and by the Asociación para El Desarrollo de la Ingeniería de Organización (ADINGOR) and will take place in Valladolid, Spain, July 10th - 12th, 2013.
