• Papers are required to have a minimum of 8 pages and a maximum of 10 pages.


• Document file must be in Microsoft Word format.


• Appropriate document styles are available in the template file.


• Total document written using "Segoe UI" text font, except section titles ("Segoe UI Light - bold").


• Do not use section titles of level 4 or more.


• Do not use footnotes.


• Papers, lectures and collaborations will be presented in English


• There is no limit to the number of papers to be sent, but no more than three papers may be approved by author. Articles will be selected by highest evaluation score;


• Maximum of five authors per paper


• It will not be allowed to include authors after the close of the submission process and started the process of evaluating articles

Please follow the standards above to format your document. We recommend that you paste your text into the template offered above, in order to comply with the standards.

Conference registration is compulsory for ICIEOM 2013 participants. The deadline for payment of the early bird registration fee is May 20th, 2013. Papers will only be published after registration in the conference and payment.  Important: Authors may submit and present multiple papers but shall have the equivalent of one registration for each two (2) papers.

Participants not presenting a paper are also welcome to register to ICIEOM 2013.
